Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. COTTU is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at cottuclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
